Although his release clause is €100 million, Palmeiras is reportedly open to negotiating, starting from €30 million. His registration rights are complex, with Palmeiras holding 70%, and the remainder split among other clubs and agents.
Inter has inquired about Rios but faces significant competition from clubs like Tottenham, Everton, and Nottingham Forest, as well as Al Hilal, where coach Simone Inzaghi reportedly desires him for his new squad.
