La Sezione Consultiva del Collegio di Garanzia presso il CONI ha emesso un parere sfavorevole in merito alla richiesta di commissariamento dell’International Arbitration (IA), presentata dal presidente della Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC), Gabriele Gravina. L’organo di garanzia, rendendo pubblica la sua posizione in tarda serata, ha così risposto all’istanza formulata dal vertice calcistico italiano.
Arbitration, CONI Guarantee Board: Negative Opinion on the AS Case
The Consultative Section of the Guarantee Board at CONI has issued an unfavorable opinion regarding the request for the provisional administration of the International Arbitration (AS), submitted by the president of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), Gabriele Gravina. The guarantee body, making its position public late in the evening, thus responded to the request made by the Italian football leadership.
