Turkish club Besiktas is reportedly showing interest in Noah Okafor, the forward who is expected to leave AC Milan. Okafor recently spent time on loan at Napoli. Besiktas, which recently completed the signing of Tammy Abraham from Roma for €17 million, is understood to be in discussions with the Swiss player`s entourage to ascertain his intentions regarding a potential move. If the player is receptive, talks will then proceed with Milan concerning a possible transfer.

Okafor has had a dynamic career characterized by an ability to find the net and a knack for playing in various offensive roles. He started his senior career at Basel, where he made 52 appearances and scored 7 goals between 2018 and 2020. He then moved to Red Bull Salzburg in Austria, playing there from 2020 to 2023. At Salzburg, he became a prolific attacker, netting a total of 34 goals in 110 appearances across the Austrian league, domestic cups, and European competitions.

In the summer of 2023, Okafor joined AC Milan. In his inaugural season with the Rossoneri (2023-2024), he scored 6 goals in 28 Serie A appearances, finishing the season with 6 goals in 36 total appearances across all competitions. He was subsequently loaned to Napoli, making 4 appearances in Serie A during his spell there. His combined appearances for Milan and Napoli during the 2024-2025 season included 15 Serie A games with 1 goal, 5 games in the Champions League, and 1 in the Coppa Italia.
