Cesena FC released the following official statement regarding Tommaso Berti`s contract renewal:
“Cesena FC is pleased to announce the extension of midfielder Tommaso Berti`s contract until June 30, 2028.
A true native of Cesena, Berti first donned the `Cavalluccio` (Seahorse, Cesena`s emblem) jersey in 2013, beginning a long and storied career in black and white. He steadily progressed through the ranks, becoming a key player year after year, eventually making his first-team debut at just seventeen.
Instrumental in the club`s promotion to Serie B in the 2023/2024 season, Berti marked his 100th appearance in black and white at the end of last season. To date, he has accumulated 108 matches and scored 9 goals for Cesena FC across Serie B, Serie C, and the Coppa Italia.
