Nonostante l`Invito di Donnarumma e la Telefonata di Buffon, il Giovane Portiere Thomas Potrebbe Affrontare una Squalifica
Il verdetto sul match di Collegno, trasformatosi in un violento alterco, sarà pronunciato oggi dal giudice sportivo, l`avvocato Roberta Lapa del Comitato provinciale piemontese. La questione è complessa: sia i ragazzi del Carmagnola che quelli del Volpiano-Pianese rischiano sanzioni significative, potenzialmente lunghe. Questo perché, prima dell`episodio più clamoroso – l`invasione di campo da parte del padre che è stato denunciato – la partita era già degenerata in una “caccia all`avversario” da entrambe le parti.
Un video ha documentato la corsa e la violenza dell`aggressione subita dal giovane portiere Thomas, a cui sono state riscontrate una frattura del malleolo e un trauma facciale.
Paradossalmente, mentre il capitano della Nazionale, Gigio Donnarumma, ha invitato il tredicenne Thomas a Coverciano per un raduno il 6 ottobre, lo stesso portiere del Volpiano potrebbe essere colpito da una maxi-squalifica per un suo gesto avvenuto al fischio finale. Il video, diventato virale, mostra Thomas colpire il numero uno del Carmagnola sotto lo sguardo dell`arbitro. Entrambe le squadre sono state escluse dal torneo Under 14 in corso, e il Volpiano aveva già ritirato la propria partecipazione. Angelo Sarritzu, padre di Thomas, ha raccontato al Tg1 l`emozione del figlio: “Thomas si è commosso quando a chiamarlo è stato Buffon e andrà a Firenze con il cuore pieno di emozione ora che la Nazionale lo ha invitato per il prossimo raduno di ottobre. Ringrazio anche il grandissimo Zoff per il suo appoggio.” Il caso sarà chiuso dalla giustizia ordinaria al termine delle indagini, ma il primo passo formale spetta sempre alla giustizia sportiva.

Paradoxically, while national team captain Gigio Donnarumma has invited 13-year-old Thomas to Coverciano for a training camp on October 6th, the same Volpiano goalkeeper could face a major disqualification for an action he committed at the final whistle. The viral video shows Thomas striking Carmagnola`s goalkeeper under the referee`s watchful eye. Both teams have already been excluded from the ongoing Under 14 tournament, with Volpiano having already withdrawn. Angelo Sarritzu, Thomas`s father, told Tg1 about his son`s emotion: “Thomas was moved when Buffon called him and will go to Florence with a heart full of emotion now that the National team has invited him for the next October gathering.
