Speaking after Fiorentina`s 2-1 loss to Roma, Viola striker Moise Kean shared his thoughts. He stated that the lack of goals doesn`t weigh on him, as he`s not one to get easily discouraged. While acknowledging some bad luck in the recent match, he firmly believes the team can perform better. Kean expressed confidence that they will overcome their current situation, noting that they already made some positive steps forward today.
When asked about how playing alongside another striker changes the dynamic, Kean replied, “I feel comfortable in any setup. The coach knows what the best situation is for me and for the team, and I adapt without any issues.”
Questioned about the possibility of repeating his performance from the previous season, he stated: “My focus is on helping the team. If opportunities arise, I try to make the most of them. I hope to do even better, but this will depend on me, my teammates, and the entire squad. I certainly can`t do everything on my own.”
Regarding the impact of the league standings on their objectives, Kean asserted: “The league table can always be improved; it depends solely on us. I am convinced that we will achieve good results; I am very optimistic about this team.”
Commenting on the appreciation that the Curva (supporters` section) did not boo them, he remarked: “It`s an important aspect. We have fans who care deeply about the club`s jersey, and they, too, are expecting positive results.”
