Can Allegri compete with Conte this year?
“Allegri has a significant advantage: he simply cannot perform worse than last year. Frankly, I doubt Milan can seriously contend for the Scudetto. Achieving Champions League qualification is already a sufficiently ambitious target for them.”
Could Vlahovic be revitalized under Allegri at Milan?
“I believe he desperately needs a change of environment, and Milan would be an ideal setting for him to rediscover his form. I`m convinced he can improve there. However, Juventus needs to resolve the situation because they can`t afford to lose him for free, nor can they continue paying his high wage. I think a solution will ultimately be found, and Milan represents the most suitable option for the Serbian player.”
Is Milan currently a weaker squad?
“Yes, as of now, they don`t seem to have improved; the team is still incomplete. While the arrival of Vlahovic would be a considerable step forward, it wouldn`t be enough on its own to make them truly competitive.”
What kind of Allegri do you anticipate?
“It`s a Milan side that requires rebuilding, but I fully expect Allegri to be highly motivated. He`s showing strong faith in Leao, which is a bold move considering the Portuguese player`s inconsistency so far. Allegri is right to back him; he`s undoubtedly the most talented player, but he remains an unpredictable quantity.”
How do you comment on the incident involving Donnarumma and Musiala?
“Donnarumma bears no blame. The situation arose from Musiala`s movement between Donnarumma and a defender. Donnarumma was in a favorable position, and there was no malicious intent involved.”
Do you envision Donnarumma joining Inter?
“Signing him would guarantee the goalkeeping position for many years. It would undoubtedly be an excellent investment for Inter.”
