“Ho seguito spesso il Parma e ho visto la squadra esprimere un buon gioco. Chivu può indubbiamente lasciare il segno. Per quanto riguarda il Parma, hanno acquisito un tecnico che andrà scoperto e valutato progressivamente.”
Da chi si aspetta i rinforzi più significativi?
“Mi aspetto importanti mosse dalla Roma, che con figure come Ranieri, Gasperini e Massara è una società molto solida. Anche dal Milan mi aspetto un mercato rilevante, per evitare di restare troppo indietro rispetto al Napoli.”
E per quanto riguarda la Serie B?
“Credo che il Catanzaro confermerà le sue prestazioni e potremmo assistere alla rinascita della Sampdoria. Sarà fondamentale tenere d`occhio anche Palermo, e ovviamente Venezia ed Empoli.”
Lei aveva già suggerito Silvio Baldini come figura ideale per il settore giovanile azzurro. Ora guiderà l’Under 21…
“È un trionfo della meritocrazia, una qualità che è venuta a mancare negli ultimi anni. Ha conquistato questa opportunità con pieno merito. È un esempio raro nel panorama calcistico. Complimenti a Gravina per aver scelto l`uomo giusto per la Nazionale Under 21.”
