Juve Stabia has officially announced the contract extension for defender Marco Ruggero through its official channels. The renewal moves his contract expiration date from 2026 to 2027.
S.S. Juve Stabia 1907 stated that an automatic contract renewal for defender Marco Ruggero was triggered during the recently concluded season, following the fulfillment of a specific contractual condition.
Born in Padua on June 1, 2000, Ruggero joined Castellammare (Juve Stabia`s location) during the 2024/25 summer transfer window. He made 34 appearances during the season, accumulating a total of 2,620 minutes played, and provided 4 assists. Additionally, he featured in 2 playoff matches in Serie BKT for 165 minutes.
Following the contract extension, Marco Ruggero shared his thoughts:
“I am happy to be able to continue my adventure in the Gialloblù shirt. I want to build on last year`s good performances and try to raise the bar with the utmost humility and determination. I am happy to be part of this group, and we will try to achieve many great things together with our fans.”
The new agreement officially runs until June 30, 2027.
