La Fiorentina ritrova il buon umore e, seppur in attesa della prima vittoria in Serie A, inizia con il piede giusto la Fase Campionato della Conference League 2025/2026. La squadra viola si aggiudica i primi tre punti battendo 2-0 i cechi del Sigma Olomouc in una partita che, pur non essendo stata brillante per tutti i novanta minuti, serve a dissipare alcune incertezze iniziali.
Tra gli aspetti più positivi della serata europea per la Fiorentina spicca senza dubbio la prima rete in maglia viola di Roberto Piccoli. Finora al centro di discussioni per l`importante investimento sostenuto (25 milioni di euro più bonus per il suo acquisto dal Cagliari), il centravanti è ora sotto i riflettori per aver sbloccato la partita e, si spera, anche il suo cammino a Firenze. Il secondo gol, che ha fissato il risultato sul 2-0, è stato firmato da Ndour.
Nel dopopartita, l`allenatore Stefano Pioli ha commentato la prestazione, adottando un approccio ottimista: “Abbiamo mostrato buone cose nonostante l`intensità dei nostri avversari. La squadra è stata equilibrata e compatta, ha saputo soffrire quando necessario e alla fine il risultato è arrivato.” Riguardo ai pochi cambi effettuati rispetto alla partita precedente a Pisa, ha precisato: “Ho fatto le scelte che ritenevo essenziali per vincere la partita, senza pensare troppo alla prossima sfida contro la Roma.”
