Lazio`s training camp continues, now in its fourth day, with head coach Maurizio Sarri overseeing double training sessions both in the morning and afternoon. This confirms that any previous concerns about his well-being have fully subsided. The morning session focused primarily on athletic drills, while in the afternoon, Sarri organized a practice match. During this scrimmage, he experimented with a 4-2-3-1 formation, alongside the team`s standard 4-3-3 setup. Notably, Taty Castellanos featured as a central striker in one of the teams, indicating his full recovery from the muscle fatigue that had sidelined him recently. Gigot, Isaksen, and Vecino were absent from the main session, but only as a precautionary measure. Meanwhile, Patric, Zaccagni, and Hysaj continued their individual recovery work. Hysaj, specifically, rejoined the team on the field in the afternoon, suggesting his calf issue is nearing resolution. The team is scheduled for two more double training sessions today and tomorrow, followed by a friendly match against the Primavera (youth) team at Formello on Sunday. In other news, season ticket sales reached 24,500 yesterday.
