Preview Lazio: Former Falconer Bernabé Evicted from Formello Grounds

The club`s official statement clarifies that action was taken through legal channels to ensure “order, legality, and decorum” within its facilities after Bernabé repeatedly failed to vacate the premises.

Lazio`s former falconer Juan Bernabé

Former Lazio falconer Juan Bernabé has officially been evicted from the club`s training center. This action was confirmed by SS Lazio, the club led by Claudio Lotito, which had already terminated Bernabé`s contract last January. His dismissal was “with immediate effect, given the gravity of his conduct,” following the widespread circulation on social media of controversial photos depicting the former employee`s penile prosthesis. This incident sparked a significant legal dispute between club president Lotito and the falconer.

The matter ultimately proceeded to court. Lazio initiated legal proceedings to prevent Bernabé from continuing to reside at the Formello facilities, as he was no longer employed by the club. An eviction order has now been formally issued by the Court of Tivoli.

Lazio`s Official Statement on the Eviction

“S.S. Lazio announces that, in compliance with an order issued by the Judge of the Court of Tivoli, the eviction of former falconer Juan Bernabé was carried out this morning. Bernabé had been occupying a residence within the Formello training center without legal title.

This decision follows the termination of his contract several months ago due to behavior deemed incompatible with the Club`s ethical values. After numerous requests for him to voluntarily vacate the property, the club took legal action to protect its assets and maintain the operational integrity of the sporting environment.

Every action taken was in full compliance with the law, with the firm resolve to ensure order, legality, and decorum within its facilities.”
