The Lazio president underwent further tests yesterday following his hospitalization on Tuesday afternoon. He had felt faint, almost to the point of collapse, while at the Senate. He received prompt assistance and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. A statement from his staff quickly reassured that `His condition is good.` Lotito himself called people to calm concerns. His admission to the Cardiology department was for a series of tests, which continued yesterday. “No illness. Those sending me curses will have to tolerate me for a long time yet,” Lotito remarked with his characteristic mix of tenacity and irony.
