The quarterly financial statement closing on March 30, 2026, will be decisive: if Lazio again exceeds the parameter for the ratio between expenses and revenues (it must stay within 80%), a new halt to operations would be triggered.
Within this framework, Wolverhampton had already shown interest in Mandas during the summer months. The English club, currently at the bottom of the Premier League, has not yet acquired a definitive goalkeeper, having rotated between Sà and Johnstone. Mandas remains a favored profile for the Wolves, and a deal could materialize in January.
