Levante UD has announced two new signings for the upcoming season as they continue to reinforce their squad. The club has officially acquired midfielder Kervin Arriaga and defender Víctor García. Arriaga has signed a contract that runs until 2028, while García`s deal is set to expire in 2027.
Kervin Arriaga, a Honduran midfielder born in 1998, joins Levante from Partizan Belgrade. He began his career in Honduras with Platense and Marathon before gaining significant experience in MLS with Minnesota United. Prior to his move to Serbia, he had his first taste of Spanish football during a loan spell at Real Zaragoza last winter, where he made 17 appearances and scored one goal. Arriaga is also an established international, having earned 34 caps and netted 4 goals for the Honduras national team, and has participated in the Gold Cup.
The second addition is Víctor García, a 1997-born Valencian right-back. He has put pen to paper on a contract valid until 2027. García developed in the CF Torre Levante youth system before making his senior debut with Deportivo Fabril. His career has also seen him play for Real Valladolid, Sabadell, Deportivo, and Alcorcón, where he was part of the team that achieved promotion to the Segunda División in 2023. Most recently, he was a key player for Eldense last season, featuring in 43 matches and scoring 4 goals.
These two strategic signings underscore the ambition of the newly-promoted Levante, who are focused on building a competitive roster to successfully navigate the challenges of the upcoming league campaign.
