The Rossoneri have increased their offer to the Belgian club to €35 million (including bonuses). A five-year agreement worth €2.8 million net per season has been reached with the Swiss midfielder.
The future of Ardon Jashari is currently a hot topic. He is Milan`s primary target for the midfield, alongside Samuele Ricci, whose negotiation with Torino is proceeding smoothly. The talks with Club Brugge for the 2002-born Swiss international are proving a bit more complicated.
This evening, Milan will submit a new official offer of €30 million plus bonuses, aiming for a total figure around €35 million. Will this be sufficient? Reports from Belgium suggest that while Brugge has indeed set the threshold for a transfer at €35 million, they expect this amount to be primarily the fixed fee component.
However, there is a significant factor influencing the negotiation: Jashari desires only a move to Milan. For this reason, he has reportedly turned down offers from Borussia Dortmund and a couple of English clubs. Although he hasn`t severed ties with his current team, he has already informed Brugge management of his wishes, asking them to do everything possible to help him fulfill his dream of playing at San Siro. It`s therefore possible that Brugge might be willing to accept a slight reduction in their valuation.
Jashari`s agent reached a personal agreement with the Rossoneri some time ago, and the details are now confirmed: a five-year contract with a net salary of €2.8 million per season. But Jashari`s strong desire to move to Milan is not solely motivated by financial aspects. Since he attended a Milan-Barcelona match at the stadium as a child, the Rossoneri colours have held a special place in his heart. Now, he hopes to wear them himself.
