Law enforcement in Vâlcea has dismantled an online fraud scheme involving the fictitious sale of ostriches. A suspect was arrested after collecting 4,300 lei from a client in Harghita County, promising him seven ostriches that he, in fact, did not possess. Authorities managed to recover the financial damage suffered by the victim and are continuing investigations to fully clarify the case.
