After an excellent season with Tau Altopascio, defender Alessio Biagioni is set to embark on a new chapter in Serie D. Despite drawing interest from Serie C clubs in recent weeks, the talented 2003-born player has chosen to commit to Pavia`s project. This decision came after a swift move by Pavia`s directors, Zampaglione and Dieni, who successfully convinced Biagioni to join their ranks.
Biagioni reportedly turned down offers from several other clubs, including newly promoted sides Bra and Guidonia Montecelio, as well as Carpi. The transfer negotiations are understood to be in their final stages, indicating an imminent official announcement.
