AZ Picerno has announced the definitive acquisition of the sporting rights of Francesco Pistolesi, a full-back born in 2005. He joins after a stellar season in Serie D with Siracusa, a campaign that saw his team achieve promotion to the professional ranks.
Pistolesi has committed his future to the club by signing a contract that runs until June 30, 2028.
Considered by many to be the best full-back in his previous category, Pistolesi is noted for combining pace, personality, and tactical intelligence. Despite his young age, he already possesses valuable experience in Serie C, having made 24 appearances for Fermana during the 2022/23 season, demonstrating both reliability and maturity.
