Jeremy Kandje Mbambi, a promising young defender born in 2008, has become a new player for Pisa, joining from KAA Gent. Pisa Sporting Club is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of negotiations with the Belgian club KAA Gent for the permanent acquisition of the rights to the sports performance of Jeremy Kandje Mbambi, who will wear our glorious colours starting today.
A Belgian central defender born in 2008, Mbambi developed in the youth sector of Mechelen before moving to Gent in 2023. Gent immediately integrated him as an underage player into their Under 18 squad, where he stood out and earned a call-up to the national team for his age category, of which he is currently the Captain (presumably the U17 national team based on his birth year).
Jeremy Kandje Mbambi has signed a contract that will keep him at Pisa until June 30, 2028. His adventure in the Nerazzurri shirt begins now, and we extend our best wishes for his experience at our Club.
