Pisa Sporting Club has provided a medical update regarding the injuries of Tomas Esteves and Michel Aebischer, both sidelined for coach Alberto Gilardino. Esteves suffered his injury during a training session, while Aebischer sustained his in the early minutes of the second half of the match against Fiorentina.
Diagnostic tests revealed that Tomas Esteves has sustained a high-grade lesion in his left adductor, while Michel Aebischer has a moderate lesion in his right adductor. Both players have already commenced their individual recovery programs.
According to Sky reports, Aebischer is expected to return after the international break. Esteves, however, will require a longer recovery period and is anticipated to be available again by early December.
